So this was Jayden's first birthday! It started off good, we made it to church on time. That doesn't mean we were able to sit on the bench, you have to be 20 minutes early to do that. Oh well.....After church the Neils came over. We had dinner and a party. Mom made Jay and Tan birthday shirts that had their name and age on them. The girls want some next time. We did a race car theme. It was a ton of fun. Jayden took a good 30 minutes to eat his cake, as you can see he covered himself in it. I just remembered he didn't get any icecream! I guess theirs always tomorrow.
He got a Mater truck and a bounce house thing! Thanks to the Neils for coming. We had such a good time!

Rachelle I love all the pictures! The smile on his face is classic Jayden! Especially the one of him on the Mater truck. He is so happy! And I can't believe how big and grown up he has gotten since I saw him last. Give all the kids a hug for me and I hope to come up there and visit soon!
What a fun birthday! I am doing a tractor/car theme this year for Parker too. I love the birthday shirt your mom made, I am going to copy... :)
